Cancellation Policy

Policy Details * A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. The remaining balance must be paid in exact cash at the time of your appointment. * PLEASE REFRAIN FROM HAVING LOW PONIES / UPDOS / BUNS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. These specific styles are an inconvenience for me due to having to constantly re-position clients’ heads. No extra guests are allowed during appointments. * FIVE MINUTE GRACE PERIOD: After five minutes has passed, there will be a $25 late fee added to your remaining balance. Any time after 15 minutes = appointment cancelled. * RESCHEDULING: You must reschedule within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a $25 rescheduling fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% charge of the card on file. If the card cannot be charged, you will be banned from booking. * LASH REFILLS: Clients must have 60% of lashes left from the previous set to book a fill-in. Fill-ins must be booked within 2–3 weeks after the first scheduled appointment. Failure to have 60% of lashes will require booking a full set. * NO REFUNDS: Clients have 48 hours to return if lashes are shedding excessively or if something is wrong with the lashes to receive adjustments free of charge. After 48 hours, payment will be required. * LIABILITY: I consent to the application, removal, and/or retouching of eyelash extensions by a certified professional at Classy Winks. I understand: • Lash extensions carry some risk, including irritation, allergic reaction, or injury if adhesive enters the eye. • This is a semi permanent procedure; natural lash growth will require regular fills. Results may vary. • I must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications before the procedure. • If irritation or other issues occur, I will contact my lash professional promptly and may need removal. • I release Classy Winks, its employees, and contractors from liability for any reactions or complications. This consent applies to today’s service and all future appointments. I confirm I am over 18, have read and and understood this agreement, and accept all terms.
